Despite our scanners being inherently reliable it is always a good idea to take out some level of after sales support whether it be a full on site agreement including parts and labour or simply a helpdesk support for those minor set up issues we all experience from time to time.

With this in mind Sunrise Imaging EMEA offers a range of standard support agreements as well as having the flexibility to tailor the support to whatever level best suits your needs as one size doesn’t always fit all.
